Carne en Salsa Ranchera

10 minutes (cutting meat, seasoning)

Cut meat into small pieces.
Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Cook meat with onion until done.
Add La Costeña ranchera sauce, simmer on low for 10–15 minutes.
Serve with beans and tortillas.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb bistec de bola
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 bottles La Costeña Salsa Ranchera
  • La Costeña canned beans
