1 whole onion, chopped
Butter and oil of your choice
Steak pieces (thin cuts recommended)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation Steps
- Sauté the chopped onion in butter and oil until softened.
- Add the steak pieces of your choice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on high heat until meat is seared.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 6–10 minutes.
- Let stand for 1–3 minutes before serving.
