Salsa Verde con Carne

Ingredients

1 whole onion, chopped
Butter and oil of your choice
Steak pieces (thin cuts recommended)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in butter and oil until softened.
  2. Add the steak pieces of your choice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on high heat until meat is seared.
  4. Lower the heat and simmer for 6–10 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 1–3 minutes before serving.
